Where does SMBR ship?
We shipworldwide. Whether you're in Canada, the U.S., or overseas—you can experience SMBR wherever you are.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. You have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange any item through our Loop Returns Portal, as long as it’s in compliant condition:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Original packaging
Items in non-compliant condition (worn, stained, or missing tags) may not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Are returns free?
Returns for exchanges and store credit are free. If you're requesting arefund to your original payment method, a small restocking fee may apply.
Please note:International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I care for my SMBR pieces?
To keep your garments performing their best:
- Machine wash cold, with like colors
- Do not bleach
- Hang to dry or tumble dry low
- Avoid ironing directly on logos or prints
Always follow the care label instructions on each item.
Where is SMBR made?
Every garment is proudly made in the USA using carefully sourced fabrics for elevated fit, feel, and durability.

How often do you launch new collections?
At SMBR, we release limited capsule collections—thoughtfully designed, small-batch drops that speak to style, performance, and purpose.
We aim to launch two capsule collections a year, each featuring limited-run pieces.
Once they’re gone, they’re gone—unless demand brings them back. We’ll only restock select styles if there’s overwhelming love for them.
